NACPA Student-Performer Letter of Intent

Section 1: Core Institutional & Performer Information

Section 2: Terms of Commitment and Exclusivity

1. Exclusivity of Intent: By signing this Letter of Intent (LOI), I officially commit to enrolling in and performing for the designated Member Institution for a minimum of one (1) full academic year.
2. Cease of Recruitment: Upon receipt of this executed document by the NACPA Central Registry, my profile in the NACPA Future Legends Recruitment Database will automatically transition to "Committed." All other member institutions are legally barred from contacting, auditioning, or offering development packages to me.
3. Penalty for Violation: If I fail to enroll at the designated institution or attempt to transfer to another NACPA-sanctioned program prior to completing my one-year residency requirement without an approved Administrative Waiver, I will forfeit my eligibility to compete in the Virginia Beach Competitive Arts Festival (VB-CAF) and all regional qualifiers for a period of one (1) full competitive season.

Section 3: Data and Performance Rights Integration

1. Apollo GNN Tracking Consent: I hereby grant permission to the exclusive platform vendor, Viable Arts LLC, to ingest, analyze, and profile my performance data via the Apollo GNN evaluation engine. This statistical tracking will establish and update my public Statistical Performance Index (SPI).
2. Media Assignment: I acknowledge that any performance captured during official NACPA-sanctioned events is governed entirely by the NACPA Media Rights Unity Clause. My digital, audio, and visual assets are exclusively managed and commercialized by Viable Arts LLC.
3. Appendix A - Compliance Handbook: I acknowledge receipt of and agree to be bound by the complete NACPA Compliance & Operational Handbook (Appendix A), including all closed-loop exclusivity bylaws and the jurisdiction of the Appellate Tribunal.
4. Chapter 6 - Individual Performer Code of Conduct: I have completed the interactive digital verification of my responsibilities regarding algorithmic invariant consent and the prohibition against data fraud or sensor tampering, as well as adherence to the anti-poaching parameters required to finalize my transition into the active NACPA roster.
