1. REQUIRED PERFORMER ACCOMMODATION

Vendor agrees to provide a protein-based meal option priced at $10.00 or less for student performers in official uniform. This offering must be clearly displayed and available throughout the event duration.

2. HEALTH & SAFETY COMPLIANCE

Vendor certifies compliance with Virginia Beach Health Department regulations, maintains current food service permits, and adheres to all sanitation standards required for public events.

3. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

Vendor maintains general liability insurance (minimum $1M) and agrees to hold JMME and City of Virginia Beach harmless from any claims arising from vendor operations.

4. OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Vendor agrees to: maintain professional appearance, comply with assigned location/hours, properly dispose of waste, and follow all event coordinator instructions.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Vendor fee is non-refundable within 14 days of event. Cancellations due to weather or emergency will be handled on case-by-case basis.
