Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA)
PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT
This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement ("MNDA") is entered into by and between J M McMillan Enterprises, Inc. ("JMME") and the undersigned applicant ("Applicant").
1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Applicant acknowledges that during the application and interview process, they may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information including but not limited to: financial data, revenue figures, business strategies, operational procedures, client lists, and competitive intelligence.
2. NON-DISCLOSURE OBLIGATION
Applicant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information and shall not disclose, publish, or share any such information with third parties without express written consent from JMME.
3. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
Unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information will result in immediate disqualification from employment consideration and may result in legal action for damages.
4. BINDING AGREEMENT
This MNDA remains in effect indefinitely and survives termination of the application process or employment relationship.
