The Rosemont Protocol
A comprehensive proposal for EJ Ferguson to fuse the Future Legends Academy with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia.
Executive Briefing: Prepared for EJ Ferguson
EJ, the infrastructure at 1505 McGaughey Way represents the perfect physical substrate for the next generation of competitive artists. By aligning the Future Legends Academy with the Rosemont Club, we instantly solve two critical challenges: logistics for elite arts training, and massive enrollment growth for your facility.
We noticed your new member registration opens August 10th. Our immediate objective is to drive a massive influx of students into your existing $25 Registration / $70 Bus Fee pipeline by utilizing your facility as the exclusive headquarters for our Future Legends programming in the area.

Operational Synergies
How we maximize your existing infrastructure to create an elite, scalable performing arts incubator.
Fleet Utilization
Leveraging your existing vans for targeted after-school pick-ups. We will actively route our Future Legends students from your established zones (Holland, Green Run, Larkspur, Salem, Plaza, etc.) directly into the Rosemont Club.
Full Band Formations
Activating your vast outdoor spaces for full-scale marching and ensemble rehearsals. This eliminates our need to rent municipal fields while turning your club into a visible beacon of elite performing arts in the community.
GNN Audition Hubs
Transforming your smaller interior rooms into APOLLO Global Neural Network (GNN) scoring stations. Students will cycle through these rooms to record audition tapes, receive AI-driven SPI scores, and log their individual practice hours.
Fiscal Sponsorship & Grants
Jointly pursuing and sharing municipal and federal grant opportunities. SAF acts as a powerful 501(c)(3) arts partner to amplify funding access for Rosemont's expanded programming.
Massive Member Injection
With your new member registration opening August 10th, we will position Rosemont as the required hub for our localized Future Legends students.
- Increased Baseline RevenueCapitalizing on the $25 registration + $65/drop or $70/bus structures.
- Teen Engagement BoomLeveraging your $10/free teen tier to capture high school musicians for our elite competitive ensemble leagues.
The Triad of Student Agency
Beyond just a space to play, the Rosemont Club becomes a hub for our cognitive framework backed by the Sound Achievement Foundation (501c3). We don't just teach music; we build leaders.
Teaching resilience, focus, and mental conditioning for high-stakes environments.
Instilling discipline, ethics, and a sovereign understanding of their own value.
Fostering teamwork, civic duty, and peer-to-peer accountability within the Club.
