Dear Solomon Isekeije,

On behalf of J M McMillan Enterprises and the Viable Arts Alliance, it is our distinct honor to officially invite you to partner with us in our Sovereign Phase II initiatives. Your leadership as the Program Coordinator of Fine Arts within the Fine Arts is vital to the development of the next generation of creative professionals.

We are building the future of the arts ecosystem—combining our Triad of Student Agency cognitive framework with the expansive reach of the Competitive Arts Entertainment Network (CAEN). We believe Norfolk State University's arts programs align perfectly with this mission.

Attached is your official Certificate of Acknowledgment, marking the beginning of what we hope will be a transformative collaboration.
